minimum marks for admission in computer science

There are so many courses in Computer Science. If you wanted to study B.Sc then it will be done through your 12th marks, some colleges also conduct a entrance test. If you are looking for COEP for B.Tech CE then your score should be nearer of 180 marks. As per the MHTCET PCM cutoff percentile was 99.9206999. For JEE Main Examination, for CSE in NIT should score nearer of 99 percentile. For JEE Advanced that is different. There are so many state level examinations too, the cut off marks are different for them also. The cut off marks for every examination is different in every year.

You haven't mention the college name. Every college have different Cutoff. Cutoff vary from college to college. You need to score 180 or 180+  marks in JEE Mains to get decent college with Computer Science branch. If you mention the college name it is quite easy to tell the exact information. To get seat in Top NITs, IITs, IIITs you need to score at least 180 marks in JEE Mains.

If you are talking about CSE or engineering then you need to give entrance examinations and as per the score in exam like JEE Main or other state level examination.So there are various cutoff marks  for different colleges which differs from year to year based on several factors.Hope it helps!!
