I want to mention that every year cut off varies but the Candidate should have scored more than 150+ to confirm his/her seat in top 10 NITs.
You have to properly focus on the basics of the subjects and mainly refer to the data of NCERT in the JEE exam. If you will study according to this, then you can get good College as well as good marks too.
The competition is increasing day by day, so what Marks I told you 150, don't put it as your final target. Your target should be near 220 so that if by mistake some questions you missed, then also you are able to score approx 170 or 180.
This marks will surely give you the good branches in the top NITs.
