Since the cut off in 2019 for UP state was high we can expect the same this year depending on difficulty of exam, number of seats available, number of candidates applied etc.You have not mentioned your category.If you belong to general category you need to score 640 or above, if you belong to OBC you need to score 630 or above, if you belong to SC category you need to score 530 or above, ST category 360 or above for EWS category 610 or above to have decent chances of getting seat in GMC.However, cut off may increase or decrease depending on the factors mentioned above.

You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am assuming you from general category if you belong to any other category then do let me know in comment
As per past year trends , you should try to get at least around 580 to 600 marks to be on the safer side in your neet 2020 examination if you want to get a seat in government medical college
For example,
in neet 2019 , lowest marks required for general category for getting a seat in government medical college under UP state quota was 575 and it was for
Medical College, Bahraich
