Now since you are opting under 15% All India Quota, it is alot more difficult to obtain a seat. However, it is not impossible. Based on last year's rank list (2017) released by the Karnataka Examinations Authority , you will have to come within the top 500 which corresponds to a score of 580+ this year you can check last year BMCRI Cut Off here..

Abhishek, under State Quota in 2019, an All India Rank of 96388 secured a seat in BMCRI under SC Category rural. Now this roughly translates to 400 marks. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now, for 2020, you need to score atleast 450-475 marks for a seat in BMCRI.
Cut off varies every year that completely depends on the pattern of question.So, I can't exactly say how much marks you need but here is an insite to the previous year cut off which can guide you.
NEET 2020 Cutoff Karnataka will be released by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), Karnataka around the last week of August, after the counselling session is over. Karnataka NEET cutoff 2020 is the last rank secured by a candidate who was granted admission to medical and dental colleges for the academic session.
