In order to qualify the NEET you need to get more than 119 marks as a general candidate. However, if you want to get admission in government colleges than you'll require tu score more than 550. Though the cutoff changes every year, I am giving you a rough idea to know to exact cutoffs of colleges you can check on Careers 360 website.

Thanks for the question.
There is a minimum cutoff calculated every year depending on the highest marks and the difficulty of the paper.
To get into a government medical college, a score of 500 and above is good .
While for private medical college, a score above 450 and for deemed university, a score above 400 is good.
