It depends upon various factors like :-

Which college do you want :- Governement or Private

Which course do you want  :- MBBS , BDS , BAMS , BHMS , BUMS , B.pth (phsiotherapy) and there                                               are many more.

The cut offs changes every year. The highest marks required are usually to get MBBS in government college across India. So aim for 570+.

As cut-off marks vary year to year depending upon number of students appear in the exam and the difficulty level of the exam so if you belong to general category and if you are applying under 85% state quota seats the to be on safer side side you should score above 510 marks and if you are applying under 15% all India quota seats then you should score above 560 marks to secure a seat in government medical College.i hope this information helps you.
