Hello there's no separate minimum marks criteria for physics paper but you need an aggregate 75% in consist of your three core subjects physics chemistry and mathematics.
As eligibility criteria says - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 75 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board.
Application for jee main April examination starts from 07th of February and extended till 12th of March 2020.

Hi,
There is no such criteria for individual subjects eligibility you should have overall percentage of 75% and above aggregate of 5 subjects that you appeared in your 12th board which actually an eligibility for admission in NIT, IIT etc and not eligibility criteria for JEE mains everyone who has passed class 12th or is currently studying in class 12th can give JEE mains exam.
