Hope you are doing great ! If you want to get around 97 percentile then your marks should be around 140 -160 ,it is not a big deal ,you can acheive this target in remaining time with proper startegy ,first finsih your syllabus till Feb end ,then after finishing the each chapter , attempt previous year question at least do 30 pyqs after each chapter after that you can do mock test from nta abhyas ,from there you will get the idea of exam and pressure .
Also do a more thing which will boost your performance rapidly that is to analyse mock test after giving them , however it will take time but do it .

It's quite difficult to make prediction as marks vs percentile vs rank keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like
number of students that appeared in the exam,
kind of marks obtained by them ,
toughness level of the examination for different shifts of the exam etc.
But yes ,
As per past year trends,
To get 97 percentile, you need roughly at least around 150 marks, considering shift of moderate difficulty level .
