Hi
Which category do you belong to?
I am assuming that you belong to general category
Your profile suggests your domicile state is Rajasthan
Predicting the marks required to get a seat is quite difficult but when we go through previous year trends then
In neet 2019 , for general category 580 marks was the cut off marks/ lowest marks that got an mbbs seat in a government medical college under Rajasthan state quota and it was for Government Medical College, Dungarpur
You can check the same at

But yes,
cut off marks / rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by students in neet , toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc.
So , you should try to get at least 30- 50 marks more in comparison of Neet 2019 in your Neet 2021 Examination to be on the safer side, so you should try to get at least around 610- 630 marks.
Now , limited time is left for your neet 2021 examination, so focus on preparation, go through the chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test papers once you are done with complete syllabus. To help you in your preparation we have neet knockout for you :- https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet
