Dear Ankit, it's a very broad question. The cutoff varies from state to state. In states like Delhi, Uttarpradesh the cutoff remains quiet high ie around 550+. And in states like maharashtra the cutoff is around 500+.I hope I answered sufficiently for your question.

560 plus is the safest score for government medical college....

With increased competition, you should ideally get 550+ marks to get a seat in a good government college.

Try to have score of 540+ marks in neet ug to get a mbbs seat in govt. Medical college through all india quota counselling under general category..

Seeing the trend of increase in the cutoff year after year I think a score of 540+ in general catagory in all india quota will keep you in a safe postition.
Cutoff through state quota maybthpigh vary.

as per previous year cut-off you need to score 580+ for being on a safe side.
moreover it depends on the level of question paper.
