As you did not mentioned which state domicile you belong to, it is difficult to predict.
The cut off differs from state to state based on various factors .
And also cut off keeps changing every year depending on factors like top marks, toughness of paper, no.of students appeared for the exams, n. of seats available etc.
If we talk generally, as you belong to OC category and asking for admission in Govt.medical colleges, you should consider 600 marks as a safe score.
In less competitive states like karnataka and bihar, even with 550 marks or below you have chances to get a govt.medical seat.
But in highly competitive states like UP it becomes difficult if you do not have good score.

Dear Candidate,
General candidate students have to get more than 520 marks in NEET UG to get admission in government medical college in most of the state except 85% state level quota.
SC candidate students needs to score 40th percentile to clear their NEET UG exam.SC candidate students needs to score marks between 107-119 to clear the exam.Candidate must score more than 400 marks to get government medical college.
OBC candidate need to score 40 percentile to clear the NEET UG exam. OBC candidates need to score marks in the range of 120-133 to clear the exam. Candidates must score marks more than 480 marks to get government medical college through state level quota.
