I would suggest you to achieve score between 420 - 500, to get seat for BDS in govt colleges.
To be on safe side, 450+ score would be good.

The minimum NEET score you would require would depend on the state from which you have your domicile since 15% quota is for NEET and the rest of the seats are filled according to the state rank

So according to NEET 2019 analysis, the minimum score for a general category student to get BDS in a good government college was around 450-460. Try to aim about 450 and even if you can’t reach the moon you’ll definitely be somewhere in the stars. Obviously you can get a bds college with a score less than that too, but that won’t be a good government college.
