Whether you will get admission in NSIT or not will depend on your rank in JEE Mains and not the marks.

Once NTA release the Jan result (only percentile will be released now and the Ranks will be released after JEE Main April), you will be able to calculate your expected rank.

After that you will be able to predict whether you will get into NSIT or not.

Just to check the last year's cutoff ranks for NSIT and other NITs/IITs, kindly use the following link:
