Hello there!

Greetings!

To be eligible for upsc there's no minimum percentage barrier , the only condition to be eligible is that  candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree from any of the recognized universities , so there's no requirement of minimum percentage in graduation  to be eligible for upsc , so irrespective of percentage you get if you pass your graduation,  you will be eligible for upsc. A candidate should be a minimum of 21 years to be eligible for upsc as well.

Thankyou
