In top companies like mylan , novartis , biocon, lupin you can get paid up to 2.4l/annum depending upon what department you work for. Currently pharmacovigilance and regulatory affairs are the departments that pay good rather than production or quality control. Plus you get an appraisal every year depending on the objectives that you have achieved in the particular year, minimum 5% to maximum of 25%. And with change in designation there is a hike in salary (but for higher designation and post most companies do prefer post graduates).
As with change in company after a certain period of time you can get a salary hike of 20% to 30% on your current CTC.
