First of all, NEET cutoff every year depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, difficulty level of the paper, availability of seats etc. Secondly, you must score a minimum qualifying marks to qualify in the NEET exam, for 2020, it was 113-146 for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
Going by previous year trends, for a 3B category student to get a government quota medical seat (under 85% state quota), the minimum marks to score in NEET would be 480 and above. For government medical colleges, you will have to score atleast above 570 marks. This again depends, and will vary every year.
