Missed AIIMS ug Last date, what to do?

The last date for the basic registration for AIIMS was 3rd January 2019 and nothing can be done now- if you've missed the basic registration for the entrance exam. You can apply next year. Till then prepare in the Bestt way.
You can apply for JIPMER 2019- the registration will start from 6th March 2019.
