Dear student,
Yes, you are required to present an income certificate for UPSEE Counselling. Income certificate is available in the last pages of information brochure given on UPSEE official website with name certificate no. 12(Income Certificate).
Also, Fee wavier is applicable for students whose family income is less than 6 lakhs per year.
