Since, the IT brach is introduced in MMMUT in 2019, it has a total of 720 seats in engineering, so if your rank is within 500, you can get a seat in any of your desired branches. Since you have a ranking of 423, you can easily choose between CS, IT & ECE, but according to me, you should go for IT branch coz of high placements and value
