The spot round admissions completely depends on the number of vacant seats left after the completion of all rounds of counselling. Once the rounds get completed, the official data of number of vacant seats(which varies every year) will be released on the official website(so you are requested to keep checking the site for further details and process) and admissions on those seats will soon start.

The chances only depends on the total vacant seats left after all rounds of counselling right before spot round and official website will issue a notice about total vacant seats with spot round registration.
