No, it won't matter because they mainly verify your credentials through aadhar card or any valid I'd proof. Your mother's name in the score card is just for information and it's of no significance.

If your name was printed different then it might create some problem but that's not the case and you need not worry about anything. Just go through documents required at the time of verification. Rest will be alright.
