Hi

CFA is a finance intensive 3-set exam. More than helping one move up the corporate ladder, it ensures that the individual has deep and extensive finance domain knowledge.

That inturn ensures that you get a great job and become successful.

So it's not the CFA, but the knowledge that let's you climb the ladder.
