According to the marks and category mentioned by you in the question your rank is expected to be in the range of 323239-342377. So on such marks and category you have very low or almost no chances of getting any of the private college with MBBS seat according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 467 for L.N. Medical College, Bhopal (Private) under Home state quota for OBC category. But yes you can apply for direct admission in private medical colleges but the condition is that you must have appeared in NEET counselling and was unable to secure any seat.
