MPPSC Dysp is a state government class one job. There is a chance you can become Superintendent of Police (SP) in your state after 10-12 years as per your promotion and ACR. On the other hand a job through SSC in CBI is a class B central government job. If You ask me about power and respect then the Job in MPPSC DySP is any day better than the SSC job.
