Hello sir,
To say exactly its not an issue to get into a good university u can enter even without writing the exam. You can take up an university even by going through the university entrance examination too. There are even paid seats in the universities. As I don't know which city you belong I could give you a link so that you can just go through the colleges present in all over India holding B.A+L.L.B courses
