Ms. Atishi- If you have all the powers to change the education system, What are the five things you can do?

First of all would be improving the basic infrastructure in school education, It would be my first priory because that’s where the confidence of education system comes.

2.  Would be an investment in feature and I think features, their training, their teacher training universities Etc. That would be the second thing. Because finally it’s the teacher who finally run the system & it’s your quality of feature that can have impact, the education what we provide.

3.  Bringing more creativity into the system.

4. It is society if you value your teacher more then we do both in term of financial incentives, social status etc.

5. Fundamentally over whole the assessment system I think our current evaluation & assessment system is based on entirely road learning.

I think these are the things we need to provide to change in high quality system.

If I have all the powers to change the educational system,I would do the following things:

1. I would totally eradicate the marks system in the examinations.Because marks cannot decide the capability of the student.If one may have the total marks but he/she cannot have the grip over the subject.In my view marks are not the criteria to decide  the student's merit.
2. I would suggest to build more and more schools which provides the education to every child in India.Because most of the children are not capable of affording the fee towards education.So I build more schools and provides education to each and every child in my country without a single rupee.
3. I would recommend cancellation of the reservations in education system while providing admissions into the proffesional and technical courses to get only the merit and skilled students admitted in the responsible courses.
4. I would prefer common fee in all the educational institutions across the country so that there will be no looting of money by the name of education.
5. I would only permit the educational institutions having good facilities and qualified teaching staff so that the students can get quality education.I would also recommend the institutions which established by the eminent persons.
