MSC in information technology is a two year postgraduate programme and involves the study of software engineering, system development, natural computation, mathematical foundations and artificial intelligence. Whereas MSC in chemistry deals with  different aspects of chemistry and structure, properties and reactions of organic compounds.

You can opt for any of the courses depending on your interest and your course at undergraduate level.
