Both have its own features and promises.But doing clinical research is not only challenging but costly also.If you could afford it, you can get placement after getting good marks.For M.Sc.Biotechnology, fees are minimal comparatively. YOu can find carrers in Pharmaceutical companies, chemical industries, bio-technology industries, research lab, even in software industries who work on bio-tech projec after Msc Biotechnology.
if you are intrested in jobs very early then go for clinical research it is a very good sector and the chances are bright there.
