M.S. in Civil Engineering is a 2-year full-time postgraduate civil engineering course.
USA has best engineering universities and research centres and they have close industry-university interface which will help you to get good jobs.
But on the other hand Canada is also good and cheap at the same time.If you have any scholarship or good financial condition then you can go for USA and if not then go for Canada.
