I would suggest you that if your ultimate goal is to do MBA and you want to align your career to the business side, it may be worth pursuing MBA directly. Doing MSc will obviously put you on a science and technology path, which may be a needed investment if your intent is to move to research or academic or technology industry. Rest I would say that it is your decision ultimately, so choose wisely.
