Best domain must be chosen depending upon your field of interest. If you have interest for mathematics then go with that if you have interest in IT sectors and computer related things then go with masters in Information Technology. Placement wise pursuing masters in information technology have more scope than mathematics but if you have interest in mathematics then you can definitely shine in that field. Comparatively IT is better from my perspective.

MSC is a post graduation degree which requires an undrgraduation degree with the relevant subjects. as you are asking about mathematics and IT, then it totally depends on your interest that you are interested in mathematics or you want to paly with softwares or application. However, it is clear that msc/bsc degree are more theortical oriented so you will be having less practical exposure which is specially needed for IT branch. Also, kindly note that IT is is demand now a days and has a good scope in future.
