Sorry but No, you can't pursue M.SC in Optometry after the completion of BSC in IT. This is because in order to pursue M.SC in Optometry in your career, you need to have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Optometry as well, with a minimum aggregate of 50% or more from a valid, recognized university. Since you do not manage to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria to pursue M.SC in Optometry, hence you cannot be able to take admission in the course of your choice. Instead, you can opt for career options like pursuing MCA, MBA, or Data Science, Machine Learning, Management as well.
