Hii,for an M.Sc. Physics it is an postgraduate course for an study of physics.And it is two year program.Well,if i talk about the pattern of an entrance exam it just consist of 100 objective questions.I also like to tell you aboput the syllabus with their marks pattern you can study accordingly.

Diffractions, Simple theory of Fresnel diffraction with applications. Fraunhoffer diffraction due to single slit,double slit, plan diffraction grating.
