To pursure M.Sc in physics, you first have to do B.Sc in physics. You need to have a 50% aggregate to be eligible for M.Sc in physics. The admission procedure varies from college to college and most colleges have an entrance exam for the admissions. To pursue M.Sc. Physics, eligibility is that The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination by a recognized board and BSc Physics with 50% or above marks in aggregate. The candidate must have passed B.Sc from a recognized university. M.Sc. Physics is a two-year program. If the course is pursued through correspondence then the duration of the course is two years minimum and three years maximum.The average  fee for the entire course ranges between INR 25,000 to 1.5 Lakhs (in India).
