Hello aspirant,
You cannot pursue M.SC in Physics or Chemistry once you have completed your under graduation in Information Technology.
You can only pursue M.SC in these following courses after B.SC in IT with an minimum marks of 55% or more -
- M.SC Computer Science
- M.SC Computer Networking
- M.SC Information Technology
- M.SC Data Science
- M.SC Cloud Computing
