MSC PHYSICS OR MSC INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SALARY PACKAGE WISE

MSC in information technology is a two year postgraduate programme which involves study of software engineering, system development, natural computation, mathematical foundations and artificial intelligence. The salary depends on the college from which you have completed the course. The average salary is around 7 lakhs. Whereas MSC physics is a postgraduate programme involving study of real world application of Physics and related terms. The average package is around 8 lakhs pa.

In my opinion M.Sc in Information Technology is a better option because it is more of a jon oriented course.You can get a handsome package ranging from 5 LPA to 8 LPA with job roles as follows :
- Software Engineer.
- Computer Programmer.
- Interface Engineer.
- Java Developer.
- Project Manager.
- Information Security Analyst.
- IT Consultant.
