Hello,
First of all I would like to introduce you with the seat matrics for msc zoology in delhi university. There are total 102 seats . 51 are entrance based and 51 are merit based. Further division of seats looks like as mentioned below.
Exam type - entrance
General - 23
Ews - 4
Sc - 8
St - 4
Obc - 12
Looking at your rank and serial number and looking at the seat matrics , it might be difficult for you to secure a seat in delhi university for msc zoology. But still I would recommend you to follow the councelling process. Who knows you might grab a seat there.

it's not possible in another college that come under delhi university ?
See for masters program all the students are grouped together under various faculties. Its not about any college . As of now just follow the councelling process . But do keep other options as back up.
