mtech or btech data science which is good ?

hello, btech and mtech are two  very different things. Btech is an undergraduate course which can be done right after your 12th standard. While mtech is a post graduate programme that is done after your graduation9(btech). So,if you want to do mtech in data science, you have to complete your btech first.
