It depends upon your interest if you want to be in technical field than go for btech then m tech..
If you wants to be in business field than go for btech than MBA..
All depends upon your interest...

Hello Aspirant,

The question you are asking is the question whose answer only you can give to yourself.

It totally depends upon you and your future goals.

If you want to stay with IT field then you can do Mtech and after that job.

Also if your interest is inclined towards management and marketing related field then you can definitely look for mba from a premium B-Schools.

If you want to prepare for entrance exams then definitely I'll suggest you to do job for 2 years and take experience which will be helpful while taking admission in MBA and side by side prepare for top entrance exams like CAT, GMAT, XAT , Cmat, IIFT etc.
