well nearly zero value if one wants to apply in Government job or teaching job.but if you are in an industry and want promotion than it might have help you.On top of all why to go for a part time m tech when some universities are giving regular degree on only weekend classes.

Don't even try to get into a part-time M.E./ MTech course. The Central Govt body AICTE which looks after technical education aspects and frames guidelines for technical education in India never approves of such a course.

Even if you happen to acquire this degree and mention it in your CV, you will be termed as a FRAUD by the potential job givers/ employers.
