Dear Aspirant,
There are different entries for the post in clerical cadre in the Indian Army. The cut-off and educational qualifications are different for each entry as well. As per your question about particularly clerk post there is a post in the army as "Soldier- Clerk / Store Keeper Technical (All Arms)". The criteria are 40% marks in each relevant subject and 50% marks as aggregate. All the best for the efforts.
