The National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is an offline scholarship test for students in grades 10 and up to encourage them to pursue further education in the sciences and social sciences. NCERT administers this test in two stages. Stage 1 is administered by SCERT or another state authority, while stage 2 is administered by NCERT at the national level.
On January 30, 2022, the NTSE Kerala stage 1 test was set to take place.
In February 2022, the NTSE 2021-22 result for stage I, as well as the cutoff, will be released. Only students who pass the NTSE test in 2021-22 will be accepted to the stage II exam, which will be held in June 2022.
On June 12, 2022, NCERT will administer the NTSE 2021-22 stage 2 test. In May 2022, the admission card for the same will be accessible for download. To prepare for the exam, students should practise using previous year's NTSE question papers.
Exam Pattern:
Each level contains two 100-point examinations, the MAT (Mental Ability Test) and the SAT (Scholastic Ability Test).
Students will have four hours to complete both papers, with two hours allocated to each.
Scholarships will be offered to students who pass both stages of the NTSE 2021.
The NTSE scholarships will be awarded to a total of 2000 students.

is a scholarship examination that takes place on a national level to identify and enhance the skills, logical reasoning, and mental-ability of students.
The all-India competitive examination is conducted annually for class 10 students in two stages - Stage 1 (State-Level) & Stage 2 (National Level). If a candidate wants to be eligible to receive the scholarship, he/she will have to clear both exams.
The NTSE exam comprises of two papers - Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) & Mental Ability Test (MAT). They both have 100 questions of 1 mark each and students get 2 hours for each paper. Out of all, 2000 candidates are shortlisted and awarded monthly scholarships.
