Firstly you should go for an improvement examination in your 12th boards to get a better option of colleges if you want to pursue the BTech. You should maintain atleast 75 percentage score in your 12th examination. With this much score in boards you should go for private colleges. Some of them are :

Upes Dehradun

Lpu University

Sharda University

Amity University etc.

First of all are u belong to obc or anything like that?? If not then it is difficult bcoz u need at least 50% in pcm but u can personally go to private colleges and show them ur results I think with some donations they can give u admission..
