Firstly for cracking AIIMS you should make sure that you are well aware of the exam pattern. This exam has two additional sections- aptitude and logical thinking and general knowledge. Also deep insight for concepts is a must.

You should start with clearing your concepts first as reasoning and assertion under each section will test your depth knowledge. Once done, you should start practicing previous year question papers. Also, try to solve previous year question papers in an exam like environment so that you can learn time and anxiety management as much as possible. While evaluating answers, make sure that u focus on not just the answer but also on why other options that are incorrect and try to understand why they are incorrect.

Lastly, keep at least a week to revise all these papers and other tough concepts.
