Dear aspirant,
It's compulsory in Maharashtra to appear for MH CET examination for admission into Pharmacy.
The 2nd option you have is to score very well in 12th board, so that you can get colleges on merit based.

But, if you want to pursue B. Pharma out of Maharashtra, there is no compulsion to first give MHCET exam.
