Because Zoology is a branch of Life Sciences, it is ok to select Life Sciences to study Zoology in CSJM. And Choose "MSc" under course, and in the below you'll get course/subject, there you've to select life science, and fill in your personal details, upload signature and photo and take print of the form for future reference.
