Hello Aspirant ,

You should attend classes of your D.Pharmacy  as well as get hands on experience/practice on how to manage a medical store(preferably on weekends or holiday). You have to mandatory take classes as D.Pharmacy is the minimum requirement for opening a medical store in India , the course is designed to teach you many pharma related things which includes Drug Store and Business Management.

Practicing in a Medical store is not mandatory so you can leave it if you want to or don't have time  but it will help you if you do practice.

Hope this helps.
