    Hi, there

    I think form filling must be completed before the counselling. If you didn't get any college in first round then wait for the second round . You may get your desired college in the next round.

    But if you have a chance to fill the form again , then you should go for it.

    sir mujhe b pharma me f.w. seat mila h but jis college me mila h o bol rhe h ki yaha f.w. seat nhi h to jab tha hi nhi to upsee ne dia ku aur kya mujhe f.w. seat milega.
