Deinately the institute will teach you all the cooking skills in Practicals, and also you should have a good knowldege of other deptts.also, which will help you become a Manager in long run.
Agter your exams are over you may get attached to a hotel and do training there, hotel will happily allow you to do that.It will help you extract more out of you and industry
