Hi aspirant,

I assume you are talking about number of attempts. Actually it completely depends upon the candidate on how many sessions of examination he or she wants to appear for. For exam in 2022 there would be two sessions in June and July and candidate are free to choose to appear for either one of them or both or neither. The final result for JEE main would be considered as the best of two. Also if you are appearing candidate for board examination you can appear for JEE main in 2023 as well as 2024. While for JEE advanced you would be eligible for 2022 and 2023.
